Job Description:The Branch Operations Supervisor will be the face of our company, reporting to the Oceania Operations Area Manager. Primary responsibilities include handling reservations, welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, maintaining the fleet, overseeing logistics, and ensuring campervans are in top condition.
- Handle reservations, welcoming guests, and manage check-ins and check-outs;
- Maintain the fleet, oversee logistics, and ensure campervans are in top condition;
- Manage bookings, stock, local suppliers, and cleaning services;
- Resolve complaints, emergencies, and local issues to ensure smooth operations;
- Prepare and clean campervans;
- Monitor maintenance and repair needs;
- Assist in reselling campervans and showing them to prospective buyers.
- Travel enthusiasts with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car are desirable;
- Excellent communication skills and experience in direct customer contact;
- Eligible to work in Australia, with a valid driver's license and confidence in driving a campervan (mandatory);
- Available to work weekends;
- Responsible, reliable, well-organized, and problem-solving skills.
