Campervan Depot Manager

The Rental Branch Supervisor is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring the fleet of campervans is maintained in top condition, and managing issues to ensure smooth depot operations.
Key Responsibilities- Handle incoming reservations, welcome guests, and manage check-ins and check-outs;
- Take care of the fleet, logistics, and maintain our campervans in top condition;
- Book activities, control stock, manage local suppliers, and cleaning services;
- Handle complaints, emergencies, and any local issue that may arise to ensure operations run smoothly;
- Prepare and clean our campervans;
- Maintain our campervans in top condition and monitor maintenance and repairing needs;
- Assist in reselling campervans, prepare, and show them to prospective buyers.
- You are a travel enthusiast with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car;
- Excellent communication skills and experience dealing with customers directly;
- Eligibility to work in Australia, valid driver's license, and confidence driving a campervan (mandatory);
- Availability to work weekends;
- Responsible person who takes their work seriously and can be relied upon;
- Well-organised and good at solving problems.
