Campervan Operations Coordinator

We're looking for a travel enthusiast to join our team in Sydney. As the face of our company, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional level of customer service, ensuring the smooth operation of our campervan fleet, and addressing any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcoming guests and managing check-ins and check-outs;
- Maintaining the fleet, logistics, and ensuring our campervans are kept in top condition;
- Booking activities, managing stock, local suppliers, and cleaning services;
- Addressing complaints, emergencies, and local issues to maintain seamless operations;
- Preparing and cleaning our campervans;
- Maintaining our campervans in optimal condition and monitoring maintenance and repairing needs;
- Assisting in reselling campervans, preparing and showcasing them to prospective buyers.
- Excellent communication skills and experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car;
- Eligibility to work in Australia, possession of a valid driver's license, and confidence in driving a campervan;
- Responsibility, reliability, strong problem-solving skills, and a well-organized approach;
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
