Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Campervan Supervisor to join our team. As the face of our company, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a high standard of quality in our campervan fleet.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming reservations and ensure seamless check-ins and check-outs.
  • Maintain our campervans in top condition through regular inspections and maintenance.
  • Coordinate booking activities, manage stock, and liaise with local suppliers and cleaning services.
  • Address complaints, emergencies, and any local issues that may arise to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare and clean our campervans for rental.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A travel enthusiast with excellent communication skills and experience dealing directly with customers.
  • A valid driver's license and confidence in driving a campervan.
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible scheduling.
  • A responsible and organized individual who takes their work seriously.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
