Campervan Operations Specialist

The Rental Branch Supervisor plays a pivotal part in ensuring an exceptional customer experience and maintaining our fleet of campervans at the highest level.
Primary Responsibilities- Welcoming guests, handling incoming reservations, and overseeing check-ins and check-outs;
- Managing the fleet's maintenance, logistics, and ensuring our campervans are kept in pristine condition;
- Booking activities control, managing stock, local suppliers, and cleaning services;
- Addressing complaints, emergencies, and any local issues to guarantee smooth operations;
- Preparing and cleaning our campervans for optimal presentation;
- Maintaining our campervans in peak condition and monitoring maintenance and repair needs;
- Assisting in reselling campervans, preparing them for prospective buyers.
- Travel enthusiasm and aptitude for direct customer interaction, with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car being advantageous;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle customers directly;
- Eligibility to work in Australia, possession of a valid driver's license, and confidence in driving a campervan (mandatory);
- Availability to work weekends;
- Responsibility and commitment to one's work, being reliable and trustworthy;
- Organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
