The Role


As our new Development Manager - Philanthropic Fundraising, you'll play a crucial role in driving strategic fundraising programs for Climateworks Centre.


You'll work closely with the Philanthropy Lead to develop and implement comprehensive major donor engagement plans that align with University objectives.


Your primary focus will be on delivering strategic fundraising programs with a specific emphasis on national development, engagement, and major gifts.



About You


To succeed in this role, you'll need to have demonstrated experience in:



  • Identifying and cultivating relationships with major donors, resulting in significant gifts
  • Developing and implementing fundraising strategies focused on major gifts and achieving targets
  • Thinking strategically about relationships between major philanthropic donors and fundraising goals
