Job Summary

Heat and Control Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the food processing and packaging industry, leveraging your expertise and network to drive sales growth.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, setting targets and tracking progress to achieve sales goals.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in sales and marketing of technical/engineering equipment, preferably in the food processing and/or packaging industry.
  • Education: Mechanical qualification/aptitude is essential for the success of the role. However, proven years of experience without qualifications will be considered.
  • Skills: Demonstrated pipeline management, sales, customer relationship management (CRM), and account management experience essential. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Intermediate to advanced level of computer literacy and experience with CRM reporting.
Work Environment
  • Working within the Sales Team at our Sydney office, located at Northmead, Sydney.
  • Free onsite parking.
