About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Account Manager to join our Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for retaining and growing revenue within an existing customer portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively plan, forecast, and manage pipeline to ensure gap and upside plans are in place.
  • Manage a value-based sales cycle from qualification of need, through to objection handling, negotiation, and closing sales.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to become a specialist on relevant buyers.
  • Continuously strive to lift capability and improve performance.
Requirements
  • Business Development/Account Manager/Sales Professional with tangible experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas & clients' expectations.
  • Experience working with Professional Services firms.
  • Expertise in managing a sales territory, including opportunity and CRM management.
