Executive Culinary Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Culinary Manager to spearhead the culinary vision of our restaurant.

  • Assist senior Chefs with menu planning, preparation and presentation standards
  • Maintain cost control and implement programs to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen
  • Lead the team by setting a positive example and supervise the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef or allocated Chefs
  • Delegate duties and responsibilities to kitchen employees to ensure service demands are met

Requirements: Trade qualification in commercial cookery, leadership experience within a professional kitchen environment, strong knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP management, excellent communication and leadership skills, flexibility to work varied shifts.
