Job Title

The Junior Einsteins Organisation is committed to providing high-quality care and education for children. Our new service, Shell Heights, has been rated EXCEEDING the National Quality Standards and offers a state-of-the-art centre with 4 rooms and additional extracurricular spaces.

Role Overview
  • Support and guide a team of highly qualified educators within the Ganyi Room (0-2 Years)
  • Ensure open communication with the Approved Provider, Nominated Supervisor, and Educational Leader
  • Mentor trainees in the room to support their growing knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Framework, and Laws and Regulations
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of experienced educators to deliver exceptional outcomes for children aged 0-2 years
  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve operational efficiency and excellence in childcare services
Requirements
  • Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor's Degree in Early Education (or equivalent)
  • Experience as a Room Leader within 0 - 2 Years Room
  • NSW Working with Children's Check
  • Relevant Identify and Respond to Children and Young People at Risk Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate and Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate (or willing to complete)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Excellent computer literacy skills
  • Strong understanding of the programming and planning cycle for children's learning
