Lead a High-Performing Team in Aged Care

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as the Residential Manager at our 96-bed home. With a long-standing reputation for quality care and community connection, this is a rare opportunity to step into a well-established service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading a positive and inclusive workplace culture. With a full master roster already in place, you'll have the foundation to focus on strategic leadership, continuous improvement, and engagement with residents, families, and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership to multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional, relationship-centred care
  • Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements
  • Lead operational planning, budgeting, and resource management
  • Champion continuous improvement across clinical care, resident wellbeing, and service delivery
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with residents, families, staff, and the local community

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent tertiary qualification
  • Strong knowledge of aged care legislation, AN-ACC funding, and quality standards
  • Demonstrated experience in leading aged care operations, including workforce and financial management
  • Collaborative, values-driven leadership style with outstanding communication skills
