ICT Infrastructure Leadership Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and oversee the operational management of all ICT infrastructure, including desktops, MFDs, network, cloud, and server operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing skilled technical teams while also acting as a partner to the business.
The role promotes collaboration with other ICT units and business stakeholders to ensure that ICT infrastructure supports digital transformation and builds an IT environment that is not just stable but also innovative and future-focused.
About the Role- Lead and oversee the operational management of all ICT infrastructure.
- Manage skilled technical teams.
- Act as a partner to the business.
- Manage networks, servers, and end-user devices.
- Oversee core infrastructure operations.
- Design and maintain robust disaster recovery plans.
- Maintain expertise in cyber security and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience leading a technical team.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing core infrastructure operations.
- Expertise in managing service delivery processes.
- A 35-hour work week.
- Flexible work arrangements.
- An attractive salary range of $129,464 to $142,665 plus 12% superannuation and leave loading.
