Senior Service Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a senior service leader to oversee one of our residential sites in the Wollongong region. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to lead a high-performing team in a modern disability housing model and contribute to creating inclusive communities where people can live the lifestyle they choose.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach a team to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred support
  • Oversee onboarding, supervision, and ongoing development for all team members
  • Support the team to manage participant risks effectively
  • Monitor individual plans and outcomes to ensure goals are being met
  • Run regular team meetings and monthly supervision sessions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A solid background in disability support, mental health, or community services
  • Strong clinical or physical care knowledge – experience with complex care needs highly regarded
  • Leadership experience in a similar role – you know how to motivate and develop a team
  • A clear understanding of community services, supports, and NDIS practices
  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or other relevant field – desirable but not essential
