Sales Team Lead Position

We are seeking a motivated Sales Team Lead to drive our store's success in Orange, NSW. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading daily operations, coaching and developing your team, and implementing strategies to exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day store operations to meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Foster a high-performance culture through team motivation, training, and mentoring
  • Monitor store performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Oversee stock levels, store presentation, and visual merchandising to brand standards
  • Manage rostering and control wage costs efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols
  • Support succession planning and team development to grow future leaders

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-volume retail environment
  • Strong leadership qualities with a results-focused and proactive mindset
  • Excellent communication and team development skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and manage store performance
  • Experience with stock management, operations, and visual merchandising
  • Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
