**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Utilize your Occupational Therapist skills to provide clinical and therapeutic interventions that promote optimal rehabilitation and goal achievement for consumers.
  • Develop comprehensive assessments and recommendations to support consumer activities of daily living, mobility, and transfers, falls risk and prevention, equipment requirements, pressure area care and skin integrity management, arthritic joint management, and pain management.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to the needs of Plena and community-based providers to work within the scope of the Occupational Therapy profession.

**Requirements:**

We estimate the salary for this role to be approximately $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
