About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in Northern Melbourne and surrounding areas. This full-time position offers a dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth and professional development, and a chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide life-changing occupational therapy services to NDIS participants across the lifespan, utilising evidence-based measurement tools and assessment skills to create tailored therapy plans.
  • Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals, including therapists, team leaders, and mentors, to deliver high-quality care and support.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH PARTICIPANTS AND THEIR SUPPORTS, PROVIDING PERSONALISED CARE AND ATTENTION TO MEET INDIVIDUAL NEEDS.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings, sharing stories of impact, knowledge, and experiences to enhance the delivery of services.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development, guided by industry-leading occupational therapists, to excel in your role.

About You:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognised institution.
  • General AHPRA Registration and relevant certifications.
  • A positive and flexible approach to work, with strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various locations.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check and Working with Children's Check.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
