About the Role
">The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join the Older Persons Mental Health Service. As an integral member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional care and support to older adults experiencing mental health challenges.
">In this rewarding role, you will conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalised treatment plans to promote independence, enhance quality of life, and foster a safe and nurturing environment for our clients.
">You will work closely with our team to assess and address concerns regarding occupational performance, adopting a sensory modulation approach to offer insight into an individual's level of functioning and provide non-pharmacological recommendations for reducing distress, maximising functioning, and enhancing meaningful engagement.
">As an Occupational Therapist in our network, you will have opportunities to participate in research, contribute to clinical supervision, and engage in professional development activities to advance your career goals.
