An exciting opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist with clinical expertise in acute care to join our Occupational Therapy team at Box Hill Hospital.
Job Description- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to provide direct clinical care, including complex decision making to support efficient discharge planning and enhance patient flow.
- The successful applicant will provide leadership and high-quality supervision to foster staff development and the provision of evidence-based occupational therapy services.
- Provide direct clinical care to patients in the acute setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of interventions.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based practice guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure best practice standards.
- AHPRA Registration
- Demonstrated clinical expertise in acute occupational therapy
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A strong commitment to high-quality care
- Highly developed interpersonal and leadership skills
- The ability to work as part of a diverse team
- Postgraduate qualification or progression to completion

What We Offer- A competitive salary package of $95,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on experience.
