Job Opportunity:

This is an exciting position for a seasoned professional to deliver implementation projects for tax software products.

  • Deliver multiple implementation projects simultaneously, working closely with project managers;
  • Advise clients as the technical subject matter expert, providing training and troubleshooting support;
  • Be involved in sales enablement activities by identifying and articulating the value of our tax software products and services;
  • Support client retention efforts by collaborating with relationship managers;
  • Develop comprehensive guides, implementation reports, training manuals, and other documentation as required;
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions and webinars to clients.

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Australian tax law;
  • Strong understanding of tax effect accounting principles;
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
  • Ability to present complex concepts in a clear, concise manner;
  • Outstanding presentation, interpersonal, and written communication skills;
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
