Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Professional Services Consultant. As a subject matter expert in tax software products, you will be responsible for delivering implementation projects for clients, including ASX100 and multi-national corporates.


About The Role:

In this position, you will:

  • Deliver implementation projects for tax software products, providing technical expertise and training to clients;
  • Be involved in sales enablement activities, identifying opportunities to sell the value of our tax software products and services to new and existing customers;
  • Collaborate with project managers to deliver multiple implementation projects simultaneously;
  • Support client relationship management efforts by providing technical expertise to client relationship managers;
  • Prepare guides, implementation reports, training manuals, and other documentation as required;
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and webinars to clients on tax software products and their applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Australian tax;
  • Understanding of tax effect accounting and its practical applications;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
