Job Title: Tax Specialist

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced tax specialist to join our team as a subject matter expert in tax software products.
  • The ideal candidate will deliver implementation projects for tax software, advising clients and providing training.
  • Additionally, you will be involved in sales enablement activities by scoping and selling the value of our tax software products and services to new and existing customers.
  • You will also support client retention and relationship management efforts by working with client relationship managers to provide technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. You will deliver multiple implementation projects simultaneously, working closely with a project manager.
  2. You will prepare guides, implementation reports, training manuals, and other documentation as required.
  3. You will deliver training sessions and webinars to clients.

Requirements:

  • You should have 2+ years of experience in Australian tax.
  • You should have a solid understanding of tax effect accounting and its practical applications.
  • You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You should be able to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • You should have excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • You should be able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
