Job Overview

This role presents an exceptional opportunity to collaborate with our dynamic team in tax technology.

As a consultant, you will leverage your Australian tax expertise and work on implementation projects of tax software for clients including ASX100 and multi-national corporates.

You will advise clients as the technical subject matter expert, train clients, prepare guides and other documentation, and support the client relationship management team as the technical expert in client conversations.

  • Deliver implementation projects for tax software products;
  • Be involved in sales enablement activities by scoping and selling the value of our tax software products and services to new and existing customers;
  • Deliver multiple implementation projects at the same time, working alongside a project manager;
  • Enable client retention and relationship management efforts by supporting the client relationship managers in their dealings with customers as the technical expert;
  • Prepare guides, implementation reports, training manuals and other documentation as required; and
  • Deliver training sessions and webinars to clients.
About You

You are a fit for this role if you have:

  • Strong experience in Australian tax;
  • Understanding of tax effect accounting and its practical applications;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, concise manner;
  • Superb presentation, interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written); and
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
