Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Implementation Expert to oversee the end-to-end implementation of payroll and award interpretation systems. This is a challenging role that requires strong knowledge of tax laws, wage regulations, and labor policies to ensure compliance and accurate payments.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. They will also be able to drive collaboration and coordinate delivery of the implementation project alongside internal, external, and global stakeholders.

  • Implement payroll and award interpretation systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Manage all phases of the project, including defining objectives, setting timelines, and allocating resources.
Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in payroll, payroll management, or HR solutions.
  • A strong understanding of software implementation and end-to-end payroll processes across multiple regions.
  • Excellent knowledge of tax laws, wage regulations, and labor policies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
