We provide expert support for individuals who have sustained a physical and/or psychological injury at work.
Our team of rehabilitation specialists apply their clinical reasoning skills to help people recover and regain their health.
- They collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized recovery plans.
- Conduct vocational assessments, counselling and other evaluations based on their area of expertise.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including injured employees, employers, medical specialists and allied health professionals.
Our goal is to deliver patient-centred care and ensure successful outcomes for our clients.
We cater to individuals in the Brisbane area, supporting them through various schemes, including Workers Compensation, CTP and Department of Veterans Affairs.
We can tailor a career pathway that suits your goals, offering flexible working options and part-time roles available.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Current registration or membership with AHPRA or ASORC
- Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology or Occupational Therapy
- Strong clinical reasoning and ability to engage effectively across multidisciplinary teams
- A genuine passion for helping others recover and achieve their best potential
