- Conduct thorough assessments and support career transitions.
- Craft impactful solutions by collaborating with healthcare professionals, employers, and insurers.
- Design Return to Work plans focused on recovery and resilience.
- Visit workplaces to identify challenges and champion safer, more inclusive environments.
- Lead comprehensive assessments and support career transitions.

- Develop tailored Return to Work plans.
- Identify workplace challenges and promote safer, more inclusive environments.
- You should hold a qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Masters in Psychology.
- Be registered with relevant professional associations.
- Have full working rights and an Australian Driver's Licence.
