Key Role in Complex Case Management:

The Injury Management Advisor will play a key role in leading complex case management and providing specialist advice to business stakeholders.

Based in the Brisbane Head Office, this position will appeal to motivated and driven HR professionals who are looking to further their career by leading injury management for large businesses.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in injury management, workplace rehabilitation, allied health, and/or a strong return-to-work focus.

Responsibilities include coaching leaders through the Return To Work process, reviewing and developing IM processes, conducting wage reconciliations, and building relationships with internal stakeholders.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop existing skills and capabilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Required Skills And Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in injury management, workplace rehabilitation, allied health, and/or a strong return-to-work focus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
