About the Role
A career opportunity exists for an experienced Freight Service Coordinator - Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining productive relationships with clients, acting as a liaison between teams, and ensuring seamless client onboarding. Your excellent communication skills, analytical abilities, and service-oriented approach will enable you to excel in this position.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high-quality service
• Act as a central point of contact for client queries, providing regular updates and resolving issues promptly
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient client onboarding and smooth transition into the business
• Communicate client needs to internal teams and monitor progress
• Provide accurate shipment information, order status updates, and resolve grievances efficiently
• Monitor ongoing claims, invoice queries, and billing inquiries, and address them professionally

Requirements
• Proven experience in freight forwarding or supply chain operations, with a solid understanding of quoting and tender documents
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Analytical and target-focused, with the ability to work under pressure
• Familiarity with regulations and compliance requirements in the industry
