Salary: AU$45,000 - AU$55,000 per annum

The role of Sales Centre Assistant is available at our Edmondson Park location. As a casual employee, you will work on weekdays and/or weekends, supporting our Project Sales Managers to ensure the smooth operation of the sales and display centre.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet incoming customers, manage phone enquiries, and support agents
  • CRM database management, including assigning leads, updating notes, entering sales, and sending sales advice
  • Assist project managers with market research, analysing sales, products, and promotions, as well as competitor pricing comparison
  • Administrative support, including responding to customer enquiries and entering statistics into systems

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an admin or customer service based role is highly regarded
  • A positive and proactive attitude, ability to think outside the box, and use initiative
  • Competency in MS Office and customer databases, SAP experience is highly regarded
  • An interest in the property industry and community engagement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
