Payroll Operations Leader

This role is a critical component of our payroll operations, responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely processing of payroll across multiple geographical regions. The successful candidate will lead a team to ensure payroll compliance and manage key stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and management
- Drive process improvement and oversee planned system upgrades and/or integrations
- Ensure payroll compliance with international regulations and reporting requirements
- Provide expert advice to finance and people teams on payroll matters
- Support executive members with confidential reporting and analysis
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Global payroll experience
- Leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Meticulous attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Experience using global HCM systems
- Familiarity with in-house and outsourced payrolls
- Proven experience in system implementations and integrations
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and across different time zones
