About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Operational Sustainability Program at ClearCompany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, educating on, and implementing efficiencies and cost savings initiatives across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with managers and lead change management activities to design benefits and cost realisation and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Shape, monitor, and evaluate the Staffing and other Operational Sustainability Program priorities to achieve significant improvements and cost savings.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to progress key initiatives and have a district-wide remit.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely completion of project activities and key deliverables.
  • Lead a large portfolio of projects with multiple key stakeholders, ensuring effective engagement, negotiations, and timely communication.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, health management, project management, or a relevant discipline.
  • Equivalent work experience or a combination of both.
  • Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2).
