Technology Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Project Engineer to join our Circular Economy team at South East Water. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and sustainability in our water treatment processes.
Key Responsibilities- Project Development: Work closely with our Technology Program Manager to develop and implement step-change technologies that improve the sustainability and efficiency of our operations.
- Technology Assessment: Research and assess innovative solutions to drive resource recovery and reduce environmental impact.
- Project Management: Manage procurement processes, collaborate with regulatory stakeholders, and oversee contractor designs to ensure project compliance.
- Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure project progress and compliance.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with industry partners and stakeholders to identify emerging risks and opportunities.
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualified Engineer with relevant experience in water and waste treatment processes.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and procurement, creative problem-solving, and excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Desirable: Experience in innovation or research and development, familiarity with related policies, acts, and regulations.

- Competitive Remuneration: Remuneration for this role will be between $101,563 - $125, % superannuation, dependent on experience.
