We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Operational Sustainability Program within ClearCompany, working as part of our office of the Chief Executive. This exciting opportunity will enable you to contribute to the development of initiatives focused on delivering cost savings, high-value, people, and patient-focused innovative solutions, with the aim of ensuring our services continue to be sustainable into the future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, educate on, and implement efficiencies and cost savings initiatives across ClearCompany, working closely with the Operational Sustainability Program Manager and operational leads.
  • Engage with managers and lead change management activities, designing benefits and cost realisation and continuous improvement strategies to meet the program objective of better, more cost-effective, and efficient practices.
  • Shape, monitor, and evaluate the Staffing and other Operational Sustainability Program priorities to achieve significant improvements and cost savings, with an initial focus on Employee Related Expenditures.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications (business, health management, project management, or other relevant discipline) and/or equivalent work experience or a combination of both.
  • Proven experience in managing strategic projects within tight time limits, with a strong understanding of project management tools, skills, and expertise.
  • Ability to lead a large portfolio of projects, with multiple key stakeholders, ensuring engagement, effective negotiations, and timely communication.
  • Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2).
