Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory authorities and good engineering practices in relation to property maintenance.
  • Obtain certification for all essential services and prepare necessary documentation as required by local authorities.
  • Manage property services, conduct inspections, and prioritize repair works to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Coordinate and manage specialist contractors to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
  • Develop and maintain a property due diligence program, including reporting any necessary works.
  • Implement and maintain the Planned Preventative Maintenance System and other information databases.
  • Procure materials and building requirements to minimize disruption to tenants.
  • Identify and implement energy, water, and waste conservation initiatives.
  • Participate in sustainability programs and develop a comprehensive sustainability strategy.
  • Prepare and monitor annual property operations and capital works budgets.
  • Provide input into monthly reports for the operational aspects of the property.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or equivalent trade certificate preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a senior Technical Operations Manager in A Grade or Premium Assets.
  • Strong ability to prioritize work within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to empathize with tenant needs.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
