We are seeking a highly qualified Quantitative Developer to join our team in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years' post-uni experience in quantitative development, strong programming skills (Python) and related technology expertise (SQL, APIs etc.), and familiarity with implementing systems/solutions. Strong consultative skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders are also essential.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Technical consultation
- Tactical development
- Strategic development
- Data advisory
The ideal candidate will have a degree in a numerical field (Maths, Science, Engineering, Computer Science) and ideally 2-5 years of post-uni experience in quantitative development. They will also possess strong interpersonal, communication, and consultation skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders. Additionally, they should have a highly quantitative background with demonstrated development experience in Python, C++, or C#, alongside SQL and 3rd party financial software vendor experience.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum
In this role, you will be working closely with internal trading teams, alongside the Investment Technology team, and will be expected to provide technical quant analytics support. If you are a motivated and experienced quantitative developer looking for a challenging opportunity, please apply.
