We are seeking a highly skilled Computational Biologist to join our team at Peter Mac, a leading cancer research centre in Australia. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to cutting-edge research in immunology and develop their skills in computational biology.

About the Role

This fixed-term, full-time position will see you working on bioinformatics analysis and methods development in the context of tumour immunology. You will have the opportunity to work on a number of projects in the field of immuno-oncology with collaborators within and outside of Peter Mac.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a PhD in a relevant quantitative scientific field such as bioinformatics, physics, statistics, computer science or mathematics. You will also possess excellent academic record, advanced programming skills in a scripting language such as R or Python, and experience in data analysis, data science or statistical skills in a scientific context.
