About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a positive impact on our guests' experience. You will meet and greet customers, maintain stock levels, clean the lounge, and ensure that all areas of the lounge are presented to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all executive floor guests
  • Maintain the presentation of the lounge, including cleaning and stocking of the lounge
  • Meet and greet customers, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
Requirements
  • A good knowledge of The Star Gold Coast facilities
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills
  • Flexible availability for work, including evenings and weekends
  • Experience working independently and as part of a team
  • A current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $60,000 - $80,000 depending on experience. This is a full-time position based in Queensland, Australia.
