Job Title: Construction Tech Sales Professional

About the Role

This is a sales position focused on expanding business relationships with construction companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software sales, preferably in the construction tech industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Tier 1, 2, and 3 builders/contractors.
  • Manage complex sales cycles to close deals and build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with product teams to provide market feedback and contribute to platform development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Account Executive, preferably in SaaS or construction tech.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and a hunter mindset.
  • Experience selling across multiple client segments, including Tier 1, 2, and 3 builders/contractors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A passion for technology and a desire to make a meaningful impact on the construction industry.
