**Who they are looking for right now**

To assist their marketing team in increasing their exposure both with developers and home buyers, they are looking for a Junior Content Creator with a passion for innovative ideas and an expertise in creating content for all social networks.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you'll be supported with creative and strategic plans so your main focus will be on proactively marketing the brand.

**Responsibilities**
- Create social media content including design, graphics, video, links, forms, and programs ensuring a functional, cohesive, and aesthetically pleasing interface
- Expertise in marketing across all social networks including Meta, Linkedin and Youtube
- Interpret marketing data and liaise with the wider team to assist in constructing new ideas and put insights into practice to optimise performance

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years experience in content creation/digital marketing
- Strong appetite for progression and being a part of a big solution
