Now, this isn't your average typical sales role. We're scrappy, curious, and unapologetically nerdy. Our team comes from some of the best global tech companies like Canva, Uber and Amazon but we don't have room for egos here. We thrive on collaboration, coffee-fuelled debates about healthcare service delivery, behavioural science and the latest technology. We are growing rapidly, we're profitable and we're funded by one of the leading investors in Australia - Bailador
What You'll Be Doing
Own the end-to-end sales cycle for Updoc for Business – from prospecting to pitching, closing, and onboarding
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of mid-sized and large Australian businesses
Work closely with the marketing team to amplify campaigns and turn interest into action
Deliver compelling product demos and ROI-driven conversations to People & Culture, HR, and Benefits decision-makers
Provide feedback from the field to improve positioning, collateral, and product strategy
Be the face of Updoc for Business in meetings, events, and across the ecosystem
About You
3 - 5 years in a sales role (ideally SDR/BDR ? AE) in a high-growth environment
You're a natural communicator and seller – persuasive, empathetic and confident presenting to senior business leaders and key decision makers
Comfortable working in ambiguity, this role isn't handed to you, you are helping build it
Mission-driven, you care about what you're selling and how it helps people
Bonus: experience in healthcare or health-tech
You thrive in ambiguity and love getting stuck in
