A senior production leader is required to spearhead a multi-shift operation producing high-class rail wheels. As a member of the manufacturing operations team, you will lead a team of machinists, inspectors, and operators, ensuring safety, performance, planning, productivity, and training.

A successful applicant must have:

  • Proven leadership experience with a focus on people and operations management;
  • High level data analysis and analytical skills;
  • Experience with managing projects and implementing organisational and cultural change;
  • Sound computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite);
  • Mechanical aptitude and previous heavy manufacturing leadership experience preferred but not essential;
  • Machining or NDT experience advantageous but not required.
