Deckhand Opportunity on Private/Charter Yacht

We are seeking a skilled Deckhand to join our team on a 30m private/charter yacht. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Coxswain certification and experience working on superyachts or tourism vessels.

The Deckhand will be responsible for various deck operations, including detailing, anchoring, docking, and lines. Additionally, they will be expected to assist with water sports activities, such as operating flight boards, SUPs, diving, and fishing equipment.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Captain and be responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism and commitment to the vessel's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with deck operations, including detailing, anchoring, docking, and lines
  • Participate in water sports activities, such as operating flight boards, SUPs, diving, and fishing equipment
  • Work closely with the Captain to ensure smooth vessel operations
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and commitment to the vessel's operations

Requirements:

  • Coxswain or higher certification
  • Experience working on superyachts or tourism vessels
  • Confident in and around the water
  • Some watersports skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
