Charter Diligence is seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our financial reporting team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and developing the strategic direction of our financial reporting function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive financial reporting strategy aligned with company goals and regulatory standards.
  • Lead a team of reporting professionals in conducting thorough analysis of financial data and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of reporting objectives and effective communication of financial insights.
  • Ensure rigorous quality assurance measures to maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial reports and statements.

Requirements:

  • CA/CPA qualification is a must.
  • Solid understanding of AASB and IFRS.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing reporting teams, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering high-quality financial reports.
