Senior Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our Real Estate team's large-scale projects. As the key client interface, you will be responsible for managing project design processes to achieve client requirements and expectations.

  • Lead and manage large-scale projects with multiple priorities.
  • Develop working relationships and drive projects to successful completion.
  • Review project plans, specifications, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, and potential construction problems.
  • Manage project safety and environmental requirements.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and reporting.
  • Manage project budgets and advise on options to keep budget on track.

A successful candidate will have a recognized degree qualification in a technical field (Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management), at least 7 years of industry experience working on major projects, and advanced Microsoft skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong leadership skills and excellent written and spoken English.
  • Experience working with Primavera software is highly regarded.
