Job Title: Transformation Leader

Job Description:

As a key member of the department's leadership team, you will lead large-scale transformation projects that drive positive change across the organization. Focusing on the people side of change, this role will develop and implement change management strategies to support the successful delivery of priority projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience in building change management capability across complex organizations and be able to demonstrate excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with senior leaders and executives to provide strategic advice and coaching to help them fulfill their roles as change sponsors.

Key Accountabilities:
  1. Provide authoritative guidance and advice to internal and external stakeholders to influence project outcomes.
  2. Develop and present comprehensive reports and proposals to senior leaders.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate partnership approaches.
  4. Work with business partners to oversee and deliver projects aligned with legislative requirements and departmental policies.
  5. Conduct analytical design testing and implementation planning for change initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in leading change management initiatives.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Certification in change management or a related field is desirable.
