Leading Large-Scale Infrastructure Projects

We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Project Lead to oversee large-scale infrastructure upgrades in metropolitan areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage project planning, cost estimation, scheduling, and budget control.
- Administer complex contracts and manage vendor relationships.
- Lead risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Align project outcomes with asset management plans and maintenance priorities.
- Prepare and present reports to senior executives and stakeholders.
- Extensive project management expertise including planning, estimating, scheduling, cost control, and contract administration.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure development principles and asset management practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including reporting and presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in anticipating, negotiating, and resolving industrial and contractual issues.
- Tertiary qualifications in project management and/or civil or structural engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Eligible for membership with relevant professional bodies.
- Strong understanding of quality management principles and OH&S regulations.
