Industrial and Logistics Leadership Opportunity

A unique chance has arisen for an experienced leader to oversee the delivery of large-scale industrial and logistics assets nationwide.

Reporting directly to senior executives, you will play a pivotal role in leading high-profile projects from concept through to operational handover. With multiple concurrent developments already underway, this role demands strategic oversight with technical delivery.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Management – Drive the end-to-end delivery of industrial projects nationally, ensuring quality and commercial performance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Build trusted relationships with capital partners, consultants, and legal representatives; provide clear reporting on program, budget, and risk.
  • Internal Collaboration – Partner with teams to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
  • Contractor Oversight – Lead procurement, tendering, and management of contractors, ensuring project objectives are met.
  • Governance & Risk – Implement robust governance and risk frameworks, providing proactive solutions to technical challenges.
  • Leadership – Mentor and empower a team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.


About You
  • Extensive experience delivering large-scale, multi-site construction programs, ideally in industrial, logistics, or other complex asset classes.
  • Strong expertise in contractor procurement, contract administration, governance, and risk management.
  • Ideal experience working for a head contractor or property developer.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Commercially sharp with demonstrated experience in budget management and reporting.
  • A natural leader who enjoys coaching and developing high-performing teams.
