Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead a portfolio of large-scale renewable projects in Melbourne.

This is an opportunity to work on major renewable projects with office-based positions available in Melbourne and flexible working arrangements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering assigned projects on time, within scope, and budget across the entire portfolio.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement project and construction management tools and controls to ensure best practices are applied.
  • Manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Establish and maintain a scalable site construction management organization across the portfolio.
  • Coordinate, manage, and lead construction management staff and resources.
  • Ensure smooth transition from project phase to service handover.
Requirements

Applicants should have 3-5 years of experience in project management of large-scale projects.

They should also have experience delivering projects valued at $500 million or more.

Proven leadership of one or several project teams is essential.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are required.

Applicants should be able to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
