Housekeeping Team Lead Role

This opportunity is a chance to advance your career in hotel management and take on more responsibility. As a Housekeeping Team Lead, you will be working closely with our Executive Housekeeper to drive productivity and lead the housekeeping team.

  • Achieving and exceeding guest service standards.
  • Daily checking of guest rooms and designated staff areas to maintain standards.
  • Assisting with cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and accommodation suites.
  • Training and development of employees.

About You:
We are looking for someone with proven skills and experience in a similar position, who has excellent communication skills, great attitude, and attention to detail. You must be a great team player with the ability to work with various people across different levels within the business.
