Job Title: Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of 15-20 workshop personnel in maintaining production and quality targets. The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with previous supervisory experience being highly regarded.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and analysing production drawings to assist factory personnel, working closely with the production manager to ensure planned production is met, and prioritising tasks through scheduling and resolving conflicts.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal, training and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Lateral thinking, problem solving and advanced analytical thinking skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks through scheduling and resolve conflicts
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills
  • LF class
  • C Class Licence at a minimum

Benefits include Monday to Friday work with some Saturday work, penalty rates apply, and overtime available.

Working closely with the production manager, the successful candidate will be required to pass a medical including drug and alcohol testing, and random drug and alcohol testing will also be carried out on site.

The ideal candidate will be required to have full Australian work rights to be considered for this role.
