Job Description Lead and mentor a team of call centre representatives to achieve performance targets.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
Ensure customer inquiries and complaints are handled effectively and professionally.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and efficiencies.
Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and key metrics.
Oversee scheduling and resource allocation to meet operational demands.
Collaborate with other departments to align goals and improve customer satisfaction.
Maintain compliance with organisational policies and industry standards.
The Successful Applicant A successful Call Centre Team Lead should have: Minimum 2 years customer service experience.
Leadership experience within a customer service team (desirable)Strong communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and engage a team.
Solid problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
Competence in using call centre software and reporting tools.
A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Knowledge of the not-for-profit sector would be advantageous but not essential.
